Shipping:

All of our shipping is via FEDEX service. Shipping of a firearm must be to a FFL license holder. Contacting the FFL dealer is the buyers responsibility. Buyer must have a signed copy of the FFL emailed or faxed to us. Please include your name and the auction number(s) on the FFL. Failure to include this information will delay your shipment.

• Non firearm items are shipped to the address provided on Gun Broker.
• Items shipping to the lower 48 will have ground shipping included in the purchase price.
• Residents of CA,CT,DE,DC,MA and NY, please check with your local laws for restrictions before ordering any ammunition.
• AK and HI will require additional shipping charges, please call for a quote.

• Shipping normally takes place within 48 hours of receiving payment and copy of the FFL when required. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Payments:

•  Payments are due within 7 days of purchase.  We accept     money orders, cashiers checks and credit cards (with no additional fees). If paying with a credit card, please use the Gun Broker check out system as this will help speed up the process

•  A winning bid or buy it now purchase binds the purchaser to that item. Buyers who cancel or want to change their order will be subject to a 10% processing fee.

• Layaway is available on firearms over $500.00. We require a minimum of 20% down. Remaining balance is due with-in 60 days from beginning date of layaway. The balance can be paid in installment or all at once at the end of the layaway term. Any money paid toward you layaway is non-refundable. Layaway payments can be made with a credit card over the phone or mailed with a money order or cashiers check.

Other Notes:

•  States with limitations: Please verify with a local FFL dealer that the firearm you are looking at is legal to own in your area. We do not substitute or change magazines, make alterations to firearms or ship to areas where the item is prohibited. Do not purchase high capacity magazines if they are not allowed in your area.

• Minnesota and South Dakota residents must add sales tax on items purchased. There is no sales tax to states not listed here.

• Unless prior arrangements are made, all items are sold as is, we will do our best to describe and picture the condition of firearms. Factory new items have the manufacturers warranty.

• Shipping boxes, some firearms are shipped in factory supplied plastic shipping boxes, these are for shipping purposes ONLY, they are not storage boxes. Should the shipping box arrived damaged, it is not replaceable and is not a warranty item.

• Firearm returns – Please inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. We can not provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. Any defect discovered after the transfer of the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid unnecessary transfer fees.

Pricing and Detail Errors:

Although we strive at all times to maintain the accuracy of information maintained on this site, including pricing information and product details, occasionally pricing or other information errors may occur. In the event that any product that is available through this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will attempt corrections, refunds or provide suggestions when this occurs as soon as possible.
