PAYMENT DIRECTIONS
Please use the Gunbroker Checkout System, even if you are mailing in your payment. That way we know how you are paying. We also email out a sales order and then you can call us and pay over the phone, or you can call us for payment after you win, but please allow us at least 30 minutes after the auction has ended, and after you have used the checkout if you are calling, that way we have time for the data to get into our software. We will also email out invoices. If we do not hear anything back from you via email, phone, or gunbroker message, as a seller we may cancel your order after just 5 days if we have someone else waiting on the same item. Normally we give longer than that, but we send out an email every day until we hear from you, and we also call if we have not heard anything after several days. COMMUNICATION IS KEY to a happy purchase.

Returns
FIREARMS RETURNS
Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Upon discovering a defect after the transfer, the firearm MUSTbe returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy).
By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. The only reason that we accept a return on a new item is if we have grossly misrepresented the item or shipped out the incorrect item. All sales on any “used/as is” products are final and non-returnable.
NOTICE
Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes. It is recommended that every used firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, misuse, or disregard. By purchasing this item, you (Buyer) agree to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
